Renew and Revitalize : A Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Northern VT

June 3rd-5th, 2022

with Kerry Walker and Maggie Mae Anderson

Retreat Barn at Sky Meadow

The past few years have caused many of us to lose our center. Navigating in these uncertain times has been deeply unsettling. We need to find our balance again. We, as humans, need to experience the full range of emotions, inward calm and outward exertion, a sense of groundedness and certainty and also the thrill of exploration and the unknown. If you have found yourself existing in only one of these, it is time to find your balance again.

Join Kerry Walker and Maggie Mae Anderson for a revitalizing weekend at Sky Meadow Retreat in Greensboro VT. Nourish your body with healthy food prepared by the local chef, participate in daily yoga and meditation classes tailored to your needs by two talented yoga therapists, walk in the beautiful Vermont woods, sit by the pond and journal, your time is yours. As part of our meditation and intention setting work, we will each make a handmade mala to use. You may also choose to get a therapeutic massage while here. We encourage everyone to take a technology break for a few days so that you can tune in to yourself.

Because of ongoing Covid-19 concerns, we have rented the entire 125 acre retreat center. Each participant can choose a room (a room in the barn, a yurt, cabin etc.) to have to themselves. When you sign up, please let us know which room you would like. We will assign them on a first come first serve basis. If you are coming with someone you feel comfortable sharing a room with, you may do that and each of you will save $50 on your retreat cost. Please click here to see room options.

Reflect, Release and Reset

A fall foliage yoga retreat at the base of Mt. Mansfield in Underhill Vermont

September 29-Oct 2, 2022

Autumn is a natural time of reflection as we start to release the energy of summer and look prepare for the winter and the new year. With all that has been going on in the world and in ourselves these last few years, it’s integral to take some time for yourself not only for reflection but also to soften your grip and release the things that are no longer serving you, consciously resetting yourself for the season ahead.

Come away on this four day, three night yoga retreat nestled  at the base of Mt. Mansfield in Underhill Vermont and nurture your body and soul. Give yourself a break from the demands of life, the constant advertising, texts, emails, phone calls etc.  Allow yourself to slow down, pay attention, feel joyful and alive. Each day will have its own theme, Reflect, Release and Reset. You’ll be supported with journaling prompts, thematic yoga classes, delicious food, cleansing saunas, long walks in the woods and enough free time to tune in and listen to your own rhythms and needs.
